Therapy

Therapy is intended to help manage feelings, behaviours and thinking patterns more effectively.

Dr. Halliday offers therapy services to individuals 8-25 years of age for a range of presenting concerns, as well as caregivers. He draws primarily from interpersonal, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioural therapies.
